I majored in Hindi at Osaka University and lived in India(Delhi) for a year.
During my study, I fell in love with India.

I started writing blogs and making YouTube video in 2017.
It is really fun to introduce different cultures and languages to various people.

The longer version:

I was born in Fukuoka.
My passion in childhood was dancing classical ballet.
Until high school, I practiced ballet almost everyday.

At the middle of high school, I decided to go to good university for the better future.
So, I quit ballet and studied hard. I didn’t know what I wanted to study, to be honest. However, I liked studying language and I always wanted to be a multi-lingual women. So I started looking for language majors in the university. I decided to pick Hindi because India is fast-growing country, having good relationship with Japan, and less Japanese people learn Hindi. I thought, if I can speak valuable language that not many people can speak, my market value in the business world would be high.

I studied hard(16h a day) and passed the exam, I became a Hindi major student in Osaka University, which is one of the finest universities in Japan.

While I was a university student, I studied in India for a year. I lived in Delhi and studied in Kendriya Hindi Sansthan. I really had a great time in India even though I missed Japanese food so much back then.

After I came back to Japan, I completed my study and got the job in PwC. PwC is the global consulting firm and it is supposed to be a really great company but I didn’t really like the job so I quit after the year and change it to IT startup. I am so enjoying my job now.

I started my blogs and YouTube when I was working in PwC. I got bored of daily life so I found something new to start. I started writing about Indian culture on my blog and teaching Hindi on my YouTube channel for Japanese people. Since there has been no Hindi lesson video in Japanese on the YouTube, I got certain core funs for my channel.

Also I started the other channel where I teach Japanese language and culture to Indian people. Again, since there has been no Japanese lesson video in Hindi, this channel is growing very fast. I really thank all my subscribers to support me.

I by all means don’t have everything figured out, but everyday is an opportunity to do something, try something, and learn something. I will keep starting the new adventures, travel new places and eat new food. Thanks again for stopping by and ready such a long introduction.
