A famous Indian nationalist, Subhash Chandra Bose visited Japan and had relationships with several Japanese politicians. Even though his death is still controversial, it is considered that his ashes are in Koenji, Japan.

For people who want to visit the grave of Subhash Chandra Bos, I will share the details of the place and how to get there. The grave is in Renkoji (Renko-temple / 蓮光寺).

How to get Renkoji?
In Tokyo, there are so many lines of trains. Depending on which line you would choose, the nearest station will be decided.
1. 6 mins walk from Higashi koenji(東高円寺) station.
→Higashi koenji station is on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line
2. 18 mins walk from Koenji (高円寺)station
→Koenji station is on the Chūō Main Line of JR
You can also take a taxi from Koenji station.
The Taxi fare will be 600-800 yen. (I have never taken the taxi so this is just my guess.)
